Early Bird Registration

An Early Bird rate is being offered to those who register and pay prior to Monday 24 October 2016. All new and outstanding registrations will be transferred to the standard rate after this date.

Concession Registration

Concession registration is available for full time students and unwaged persons. A discount will be applied to the full registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).

Conditions – Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.

Welcome Reception – The Welcome Reception is included in Full Registrations only.

Half day workshops are FREE to the first 50 Full Registration delegates. Delegates MUST register their interest in attending a workshop. Failure to register for a workshop will be acknowledged as the delegate does not wish to attend a workshop and subsequently will not be included.


Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after Friday 18 November 2016, must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.

Refunds and Cancellations

The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 24 October 2016. Registration cancellation received between 24 October 2016 and 7 November 2016 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 7 November 2016. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Insurance – It is the responsibility of delegate’s to arrange their own travel insurance. The Conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
