Libby Davies, CEO of White Ribbon Australia to present Keynote

2015 Australian STOP Domestic Violence Conference is pleased to announce the CEO of White Ribbon Australia, Libby Davies will present a Keynote for the event being held at the Rex Hotel in Canberra 7 – 9 December.

Keynote Speaker Bio: Libby Davies is currently the CEO of White Ribbon Australia, Australia’s only national, male led organisation to stop violence against women. Libby has previously held CEO positions in national organisations such as Family Services Australia, UnitingCare Australia and Brain Injury Australia. She has served on numerous boards and advisory councils including at Ministerial, national and state levels, is currently a Director of Lifeline Australia, member of the NSW Domestic and Family Violence Council,  member of the NSW Preventing Domestic and Family Violence Social Investment Advisory Group and Ministerial Roundtable on Prevention of Violence, Victoria.She has led transformative programs that give expression to the guiding principle of preventing men’s violence against women is  engaging men, and that build community capacity to be the drivers of positive social change.  She is committed to enabling innovation in the prevention of violence working alongside and with the many others that are committed to addressing this scourge.
